Daniel Malakauskas

Daniel Malakauskas has represented clients in both state and federal court, in both criminal and civil matters, through both trial and appeal. While in practice, he has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of his clients with Mr. Malakauskas' largest case to date concerning litigation over assets worth eleven million dollars.

He received his Juris Doctor from the prestigious University of Pennsylvania Law School where his was awarded the Dean's Merit Scholarship. He received his bachelors of arts from the University of California, Davis, where he was placed on the Scholar's list and was awarded the Albert Bajou Scholarship.

Mr. Malakauskas is admitted to practice law in California, Nevada, and New York. He belongs to the following trade organizations: Los Angeles County Bar Association; California Appellate Defense Counsel; and, the Appellate Section of the American Bar Association's Judicial Division.
